What Sets G3 Performance Lab Apart

G3 Performance Lab represents the evolution of athletic training. We bridge the gap between traditional strength training and modern sports science by combining elite coaching, data-driven technology, and individualized programming.

Our approach is built for high school and collegiate athletes who want to move faster, react quicker, and stay healthy throughout their competitive careers.

Our Philosophy: The Evolution of Training

At G3, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Every athlete moves differently, recovers differently, and competes at a different level.

We assess:

  • How you move
  • How you produce force
  • How efficiently you change direction
  • Where your injury risk lives

From there, we design training that
maximizes speed and agility while minimizing breakdown and overuse injuries.

This is training that evolves as the athlete evolves.

Training Programs

Modern Training. Measurable Results.

We develop athletes who don’t just play the game—they own it. Every session is built around movements that carry straight onto the field, court, or track. Because true performance isn’t about starting strong. It’s about finishing just as strong.

Elevated. Repeatable. Performance.

Speed Training

Our sessions blend underspeed and overspeed work with targeted acceleration, deceleration, and change‑of‑direction training. It’s all built to sharpen the exact movements athletes rely on when the game is on the line.

Combine Training

At camps and showcases, metrics like the vertical jump, 40‑yard dash, broad jump, and 5‑10‑5 shuttle often determine how athletes are evaluated. Strong performances can elevate your standing; weaker results can limit your path forward. Our state‑of‑the‑art OVR laser timing system allows us to precisely train and improve these tests. Focusing on these measurable skills is a strategic investment in long‑term athletic success.

State-of-the-Art Performance Technology

G3 Performance Lab integrates cutting-edge performance technology to remove guesswork and elevate results.

Our tools allow us to:

  • Measure speed, acceleration, and change-of-direction mechanics
  • Track progress in real time
  • Identify asymmetries and movement inefficiencies
  • Adjust training based on objective data, not assumptions

Technology doesn’t replace coaching—it enhances it. Data informs decisions, and expert coaching turns insight into performance.

What They Say

Read what our athletes and athlete parents say about the training they’ve received from G3!

I have seen drastic improvement in my son’s technique and speed in a few short months. More importantly, Coach Mike’s ability to relate with the kids, is a catalyst to their development as athletes and young adults.

I’ve had other trainers in the past that worked me to death. I like this approach because [it's] based on science. Every exercise we do is for a reason.

Speed, Agility & Injury Prevention—Connected, Not Separate

True speed isn’t just how fast you run in a straight line.
Agility isn’t just cone drills.
Injury prevention isn’t just stretching. At G3, these elements are trained together, because on the field, they happen together.

We focus on:

  • Explosive acceleration and deceleration

  • Efficient change of direction

  • Proper force absorption and re-acceleration

  • Movement patterns that protect joints and soft tissue

The result: athletes who move better, play faster, and last longer.
